How do compensation and benefits programs affect your organization’s bottom line? Explore the goals of compensation and benefits programs, total rewards, strategic plan design options and how best to communicate them. Key topics include direct and indirect compensation, strategic compensation and benefits plan design, total rewards and laws affecting compensation and benefits practices.

  • Gain a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits programs, and relevant topics
  • Explore strategies for designing compensation and benefits programs, and effectively communicating them
  • Identify the key components of successful compensation and benefits programs in various organizations, cost saving strategies and common mistakes to avoid 
This course may be taken independently or applied toward a 10-course certificate in Human Resources Management offered through Extended Studies.
