Campers will learn essential kitchen skills such as handwashing, measuring and safe use of utensils while preparing healthy and delicious recipes. Through games and experiments, campers will learn about nutrition, reading labels understanding preservatives, hidden sugars, hydration and mindful eating. By the end of the week, your child will gain practical cooking skills and a deeper understanding of the foods they eat.
