This interactive and award-winning leadership development course has helped leaders across the globe be as effective as possible and get the best results from their people. Based on the book, The Five Coaching Conversations; a Research-Based Model For Maximizing People’s Performance and Potential, and facilitated by one of the authors, this course offers effective and practical tools for leaders at all levels. In this course, you will assess your personal aptitude across the five conversations and develop awareness and skill delivering effective conversations with your team. You will leave the course with a playbook and personal action plan to enhance how you lead, coach, and support others.

Please read:  There is an early discounted registration fee of $800 when registering by Jan. 7, 2026. The discount will be reflected at time of purchase. After Jan. 7, 2026, the regular registration fee of $850 will apply. There is also Optional Coaching Sessions available for an additional $200. You may add coaching for an additional $200 per person. With the coaching option, you will receive two, one-on-one coaching sessions with co-author and ICF-certified coach Morgan Massie after attending the course. These two, 45-minute sessions are designed to help you tackle your critical leadership coaching challenges. Morgan will provide action-oriented coaching, assisting you in planning, preparing and conducting effective conversations with your employees. You will have the option to add coaching once you add the class to your shopping cart.
