« back to classes page
Dive deep into the meaning and sources that influence your artwork. In this workshop, we will explore basic functional objects and content that references a sense of place. Working with stoneware, you will create objects like vases, teapots and platters that will bring forward your personal history and background. We will create objects that have intentional meaning and function. Demonstrations will include throwing, extruding and slab construction techniques. The focus will be on pushing the meaning and content behind your creative choices. Open to all levels.Artist Website-
