Effective Communication Skills in the Workplace (in-person)

Interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills are necessary to become a more effective supervisor. Communication is a two-way process - this two-day course will help you develop the listening and questioning skills necessary to facilitate effective communication. Techniques for writing effective memos, letters, and reports will be discussed, as well as the basic skills needed to make presentations.

  • Develop skills to facilitate effective communication among your staff
  • Acquire tools for writing more effective memos, letters, reports and presentations
This course has been approved for 6 HR General recertification credit hours for the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and 6 PDCs for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
