ID : 177
« back to classes page
With global diversity, successful gaming organizations will need to look at the broad benefits that an integrated diversity program can provide for organizational growth and inclusiveness. This course will explain how a comprehensive framework can ensure successful initiatives that can unite diversity with many of the internal and external drivers guiding your organization’s action plans.

Coupled with consistent evaluation practices, this framework can assist your organization in achieving its organizational strategic goals for diversity. Over four weeks, participants will discuss the Organizational Diversity and Inclusion Model, including the three internal and three external drivers, and how planning around these components will lead to enhanced organizational results.

This course is developed for gaming directors, department managers, casino managers and others who require a greater understanding of the strategic advantages of embedding diversity throughout their organization, are involved in diversity initiatives and/or would like to identify ways to promote diversity and inclusiveness. Readings, discussions and assignments allow for practical application of strategies discussed in the course.
