Every employee interaction shapes the organization's success. This interactive workshop explores the complete employment lifecycle, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the key stages employees experience from first impression to last day.

Participants will examine best practices, legal considerations, management responsibilities and employee experience strategies at each phase of employment. Through group discussions, case studies and practical activities, attendees will learn how decisions made during one stage of the employment lifecycle affect organizational outcomes in later stages.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to identify opportunities to improve hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, retention and offboarding practices while supporting organizational goals and creating positive employee experiences.
