Continuous training is a fact of life for any organization to ensure long-term survival and profitability. This workshop will look at adult learning and assessment of training needs. The design and use of a variety of developmental interventions will be discussed, along with a look at the "bottom line" of training effectiveness. The impact of legal and ethical issues on the organization also will be identified.

This course is approved for 6 HR General recertification credit hours for the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and 6 PDCs for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
